Based on the client’s needs, Newton has developed a project with five steps of implementation:
- a gap analysis between the current and desired corporate cultures
- the involvement of management in building a leadership model
- the support of HR in defining policies that align with the corporate values and the leadership model
- and training activities for managers focused on developing leadership
